
Aarbitral award against Venezuela’s PDVSA
The Courts of Guyana ordered that an arbitral award against Venezuela’s PDVSA be enforced in Guyana against funds held by the Government of Guyana under the Petrocaribe arrangements between Guyana and Venezuela.
Copies of the decision of Justice Gino Persaud at first instance and the Full Court ( Justices Niles and Ally) are attached.
