Collie Ann Bannister - Head of Operations & Compliance

Collie Ann Bannister is the Head of Operations and Compliance at Hughes Fields & Stoby, where she plays a central role in the Firm’s operational management and regulatory oversight. She is responsible for ensuring that the Firm’s internal systems, processes, and procedures operate efficiently and in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.

In her role, Collie Ann has primary responsibility for the Firm’s ISO compliance, overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and controls designed to support quality management, risk management, and continuous improvement across the Firm’s operations.

Collie Ann works closely with the Managing Partner, partners, and department heads to support strategic objectives, strengthen internal governance, and ensure that operational and compliance frameworks align with the Firm’s commitment to excellence and best practice.‎
