Sharon Boucher joined the firm in 2000 as a Corporate Administrator.
Sharon was previously employed in the Supreme Court Registry in Georgetown as a
Clerk to the Honourable Justice O. F. Small.
In 2006 Sharon was appointed Chief Corporate Administrator and is in charge of
the administration of the litigation, probate and estate administration,
matrimonial/ family, debt collections, real estate, corporate and commercial,
mining and appeals departments of the firm.
Sharon is also responsible for maintaining the day to day activities of the
companies in her portfolio, providing corporate administrative services.

Terina Nichols joined the firm in 2003 as a clerk.
In 2007 Terina Nichols was appointed Corporate Administrator in charge the IP
department with specific responsibility for trademarks, patents and designs.

Paula James joined the firm in 2002 as a clerk in the mortgage and securities
department.
In 2006 Paula was appointed Corporate Administrator in charge of mortgages and

Demerara, Berbice and Essequibo.
