Clarence Albert Fitzgerald Hughes SC

Graduated from University of London with an LL.B (Hons) degree. He was called to the Bar at the Inner Temple in the United Kingdom in February 1958.

Admitted to practice as a Barrister in Guyana in the year 1959. He has been engaged continuously in private practice at the Bar from 1959 up to the present time.

Specialises in commercial law and commercial contracts, banking and financial services, company law, building and engineering contracts, insurance law, land law, constitutional law and in international contracts and negotiations. Jo Anna Homer, Attorney-at-Law

Graduated from the University of the West Indies in 1997 with LLB Honours and with the LEC certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 1999.

After being admitted to the bar in Guyana in 1999 Mrs. Homer worked with the chartered accounting firm of Ram and Mc Rae in their Corporate Legal Services Department.
